Which countries do you deliver to?
Our focus on launch is the UK and Ireland. Please contact us if you are outside the UK and interested in large orders/international distribution.
Returns FAQs
Can I return my product if I’m not satisfied with it?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, simply return it to us within 30 days for a no quibbles refund. Your product will need to be fully packaged in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, so completely unused and unwashed. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
What if my product is faulty?
If you believe a product to be faulty, please contact us at shopbabyhub@gmail.com. We also recommend that you stop using the product immediately. If the item has not been used and was purchased within 6 months you are entitled to a full refund. For goods proven to be faulty that have been used or purchased after 6 months, you will be offered a free exchange with no delivery costs incurred.
What is your returns procedure?
1. Email info@babyhubshop.com for your Returns Number, Returns Form and Returns Label. 2. Securely package and protect the items you are returning, to help reduce the risk of damage occurring during transit (you are responsible for ensuring that the items arrive to us undamaged). 3. The completed Returns Form must be included in your parcel, without it your Return may be refused. 4. Attach any return address labels or write on and post to our Returns address:

Important: We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. However, for items that are in new condition but missing their original packaging, we can offer a refund or exchange up to 70% of the purchase value.. For refunds, you will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.

Are your products safe?
BabyHub SleepSpace has been tested to both EN716-1:2008 and A1:2013 Children’s cots and folding cots for domestic use at Interteks Lab Germany.
